Kapiti Women’s Expo 2023


TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Organisers have the right to decline any Exhibitor’s application. We will aim to accommodate everyone that applies but will be on a first come, first served basis as we wish to encourage a variety of businesses. This means that if your area of business or your franchise/office already has a representative, you may be asked to share a space or may not be allocated your own spot.

It’s the responsibility of the Exhibitor to provide their own display equipment, tables, chairs and banner etc.

Please note that you are not allowed to attach anything to the ceilings, walls, floors, furniture or furnishings at the venue.

Exhibitors must take care to ensure floor areas are not stained or damaged during the Expo. If any damage or spill occurs, please inform one of the Organisers immediately who will best determine how to rectify. Any costs incurred for cleaning/repair will be passed on to the Exhibitor.

Stalls must be set-up between 7.30am and 9.30am. Please make sure your stall is ready when we open to the public at 9.45am.

Stalls need to be removed between 3.00pm and 4.00pm, and not before, on the day of the Expo.

Exhibitors will take full responsibility for their own safety while setting up, operating and taking away the stall. The Expo Organisers will not be responsible for any injury incurred to Exhibitors or any other person as a consequence of the Exhibitor’s activities.

Payment must be made within 7 days of registering to confirm your site.  Cancellation after 1st October, payment is non refundable.

Fire/Emergency doors must be kept clear from obstruction at all times.

It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to remove all rubbish from their site.

The venue is smoke free. Wi fi available.

Food Stalls only - I understand that I am responsible for applying for a ‘Temporary Food Stall’ permit and complying with regulations set by the Kapiti Coast District Council.
